Medico-legal background

Dr Hassan is in the early phase of formal medico-legal practice and currently undertakes 4–6 medico-legal cases per year, often involving complex emergency and trauma presentations. Initial reports will be prepared under mentorship from an experienced medico-legal clinician.

His practice is fully aligned with the requirements of CPR Part 35, including impartiality, independence, and a clear explanation of the basis for his opinions.
