About Dr Abu Hassan

Dr Abu Hassan is a Consultant in Adult and Paediatric Emergency Medicine, Major Trauma Consultant and Medical Examiner with over 20 years’ experience in Emergency Medicine and more than 25 years in clinical practice.

He qualified from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1999 and completed postgraduate training in Adult Internal Medicine followed by higher specialist training in Adult and Paediatric Emergency Medicine in South Yorkshire. He has held substantive consultant posts since 2010 and has worked exclusively in tertiary teaching hospitals and major trauma centres.
